Answers before you decide
Once approved, the property owner invests nothing at all. EVC covers every cost, from equipment and installation to maintenance for the full contract term.
The condo receives a share of the charging fees paid by residents. EVC pays out monthly with actual usage reports. The revenue share rate is agreed in the contract from the start, clear and transparent.
On average 2–4 weeks from contract signing to launch, depending on the size and complexity of the building's electrical system.
Once the site is approved, contracts typically run 5–7 years, and the property owner receives a monthly revenue share at the rate agreed with EVC.
Our chargers support every EV brand in the Thai market, including Tesla, BYD, MG, GWM, NETA, Volvo, BMW and any EV using the Type 2 standard.
