Privacy notice

EV Complex Solution Co., Ltd. (“EVC”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data from evcomplexsolution.com and our newsletter, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- When you sign up for the e-book or newsletter: email, and phone number, name and building or condo name (if given), language, the page you signed up on, the consent text you agreed to, and when you confirmed your email.
- Business contacts: name, email, phone, role, chat contact, and the name and address of the building, for people who have contacted or worked with EVC, such as condo committee members and building managers. These are kept in our sales system (CRM).
- How you receive our emails: whether an email was delivered, opened, and which links were clicked (recorded by our email provider), and e-book downloads.
- Article view counts: we count how many times each article is opened, as a daily total only, with nothing about who read it. Your browser remembers (localStorage) that today’s view was counted, so it isn’t counted twice.
- Technical data against spam: the IP address of sign-up requests, stored only as a one-way hash and deleted within 2 days.
- When you request a site survey: the building’s name and address, number of units, parking spaces and rough number of EVs, your name, role, phone number, email (if given) and message, and how you reached the website (for example a link from Facebook, LINE or Google, and the article you read before the form). Your browser remembers this (localStorage) for up to 30 days and sends it to us only when you submit the form. EVC’s sales team adds notes on calls and appointments and keeps the request in EVC’s customer list. If you give your email, it also receives EVC’s newsletter; unsubscribe any time from the link in each email.

The website currently uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add website analytics, we will update this notice first.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Providers that process data for us
We use these providers under contracts that require confidentiality and security. Some store data outside Thailand.
- Supabase: database (data centre in Singapore)
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: email delivery (United States)
- LINE: when you chat with us, and to alert our sales team about new survey requests
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while you receive our newsletter or remain a business contact of EVC. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email and the date, so that we never email you again. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete or restrict it, receive or transfer it, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribe instantly from the link in every email, or write to admin@evcomplexsolution.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee at pdpc.or.th.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and only authorised staff can access it, signing in with their company Google account and with access limited to their role.
8. Changes
We may update this notice and will show the date of the last update above. For significant changes, we will tell newsletter subscribers by email.
